Pastoral Care

We believe that people matter and so we have a pastoral care network.

 

This important work includes:

  • Visits to members and friends on a regular basis

  • Visiting anyone needing support at home

  • Home communion

  • Hospital visiting, including working  with the Tameside Hospital Chaplaincy

Transport is offered to those who would otherwise be unable to attend worship and other activities.

Flowers are given to brighten the church and enrich worship. After the Sunday service they are taken to the sick and housebound.
